This Privacy Policy describes how BETMGM, LLC ("TopLineWager," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our sports wagering platform and related services.
We collect information about you from several sources to operate our platform and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Registration Data: When you create an account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (required for identity verification under state gaming regulations).
Identity Verification Documents: We may request copies of government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, or state ID), utility bills, bank statements, or other documents to verify your identity and address.
Payment Information: We collect payment card numbers (stored and processed by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors), bank account details for ACH transfers, and billing address. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Communications: When you contact customer support, we collect the content of your communications, including email correspondence, chat transcripts, and call recordings (where permitted by applicable law and disclosed to you at the time).
Device & Technical Data: We automatically collect your IP address, device type, operating system and version, browser type and version, mobile device identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Android Advertising ID), app version, screen resolution, and network connection type.
Geolocation Data: We collect precise geolocation data each time you initiate a wagering session, as required by state gaming regulations. This data is processed by our licensed geolocation provider (GeoComply) and retained for regulatory compliance. We also collect approximate location data based on IP address for general analytics purposes.
Usage Data: We collect data about how you interact with the platform, including: pages visited and time spent; sports, markets, and odds viewed; bets placed, odds accepted, wager amounts, and settlement outcomes; search queries; features used; and error logs.
Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Identity Verification Providers: We receive identity verification results and risk scores from TransUnion, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and similar KYC providers.
Payment Processors: We receive transaction confirmation data and fraud signals from payment processors including Stripe, PayPal, and Venmo.
State Gaming Regulators: We may receive information about self-exclusion status, age verification, and other regulatory flags from state gaming authorities.
Marketing Partners: We may receive information about how you arrived at our platform from digital advertising networks, affiliates, and social media platforms.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To create and manage your account; process deposits and withdrawals; accept and settle wagers; verify your identity, age, and location; provide customer support; send transactional communications (receipts, confirmations, account notices); and maintain the integrity of the platform.
To comply with state sports wagering licensing requirements; anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under the Bank Secrecy Act; responsible gaming mandates; tax reporting obligations (including IRS Form W-2G for reportable gambling winnings); self-exclusion enforcement; and responses to lawful requests from regulatory authorities and law enforcement.
To detect and prevent fraudulent account creation, payment fraud, match-fixing, bonus abuse, money laundering, and other illegal or prohibited activities. To monitor for suspicious wagering patterns that may indicate insider information or event manipulation. To protect the security and integrity of our systems.
To analyze how users interact with the platform so we can improve functionality, fix bugs, optimize performance, and develop new features. All analytics are conducted on aggregated or pseudonymized data where possible.
To personalize your experience by showing you relevant sports, markets, odds, and promotions based on your wagering history and preferences. To remember your settings and preferences across sessions.
To send you promotional emails, push notifications, and in-app messages about offers, new features, and events β subject to your marketing preferences. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or updating your account settings. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications required to operate your account.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only as described below.
We share information with carefully selected service providers who process it on our behalf under strict data processing agreements, including: GeoComply (geolocation verification); TransUnion and LexisNexis (identity verification); payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Trustly); fraud prevention providers; cloud infrastructure providers (AWS); customer support platforms; email delivery services; push notification providers; and analytics platforms (Google Analytics). All service providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
We are required by law to share certain information with state gaming regulators, including account information, wagering history, geolocation logs, and self-exclusion compliance records. We also report large cash transactions and suspicious activity to federal authorities under applicable AML laws. We will comply with valid legal process including subpoenas, court orders, and law enforcement requests.
If you participate in the MGM Rewards program, we share relevant account and wagering activity data with MGM Resorts International to administer reward points accrual and redemption. This sharing is subject to MGM Resorts' privacy policy in addition to this Policy.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you via email and/or prominent platform notice before such a transfer, and the new entity will be required to honor the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
We may share your information with third parties when you explicitly consent to such sharing, including when you choose to link third-party accounts or use third-party features on the platform.

Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data, the right to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling, and the right to appeal our response to a privacy request. Although TopLineWager does not currently operate in California, we honor CCPA rights for California residents who may access our platform. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete personal information, to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination. Our platform may contain links to third-party websites and services, including sports data providers, news outlets, and partner services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Some web browsers allow you to enable a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, we do not alter our data collection or use practices in response to DNT signals. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons.
