Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the TopLineWager platform operated by BETMGM, LLC. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
To register for and use the TopLineWager platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we suspect that a registered user is under 21, we will immediately suspend the account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage user will be forfeited, and all deposits will be returned after deducting any amounts wagered.
You must be physically located within a state where TopLineWager holds an active sports wagering operating license at the time of placing each wager. As of the effective date of these Terms, those states are: Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Wyoming. Operating in additional jurisdictions may require acceptance of supplemental state-specific terms.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. If you are prohibited by law from participating in sports wagering activities — including by reason of employment in the sports or gaming industry — you are not eligible to use the platform.
You must not be registered on any applicable state-mandated self-exclusion list or voluntary self-exclusion program. Attempting to access the platform while self-excluded is a violation of state gaming regulations and these Terms.
Current employees, contractors, officers, and directors of BETMGM, LLC and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate in real-money wagering on the platform.
Each individual may hold only one (1) TopLineWager account. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery function rather than creating a new account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number for identity verification purposes. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
TopLineWager employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures as required by applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws. We use third-party identity verification providers including TransUnion and LexisNexis. You may be required to provide a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, bank statements, or other documentation. Your account may be suspended pending verification. We reserve the right to decline registration or suspend accounts where verification cannot be completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately at support@toplinewager.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. TopLineWager is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
Account sharing — allowing another person to use your account — is strictly prohibited. Any wager placed on a shared account may be voided at TopLineWager's sole discretion, and the account may be permanently closed with forfeiture of remaining balance.
You must be physically located within a licensed state to place real-money wagers. TopLineWager uses GeoComply, a licensed geolocation technology provider, to verify your physical location at the time of each wagering session. You must enable location services on your device and grant the TopLineWager application permission to access your precise location.
GeoComply's software may be required to be installed on your device. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the installation and operation of geolocation verification software. This software operates passively and only activates during active wagering sessions.
Any attempt to circumvent, spoof, mask, or manipulate geolocation technology — including but not limited to the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, GPS spoofing applications, remote desktop software, or any other technology designed to misrepresent your physical location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any wagers placed using circumvention technology will be voided, all associated winnings will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed. We reserve the right to report such activity to the relevant state gaming authority.
The minimum deposit amount is ten dollars ($10.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be further restricted by applicable state regulations. TopLineWager does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Accepting funds from third parties is prohibited.
TopLineWager accepts: Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards; PayPal; Venmo; ACH electronic funds transfer; online banking (Trustly/VIP Preferred); PayNearMe cash deposits at retail locations; wire transfers; and the TopLineWager Prepaid Card. Deposits via PayNearMe are available only at licensed retail partner locations. Additional payment methods may be available at our discretion.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the chosen payment method and your financial institution. ACH and bank transfers may take three (3) to five (5) business days. Cash withdrawals via check are available where permitted. TopLineWager reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals exceeding $2,500 and may request supporting documentation. Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit.
Bonus funds credited to your account are non-withdrawable and do not constitute real money. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering purposes and are subject to separate bonus terms. Only cash winnings derived from completed wagering of bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
An account is considered inactive after twelve (12) consecutive months without a login or wagering activity. A monthly inactivity fee of $3.00 may be deducted from dormant account balances where permitted by state law. Account funds unclaimed for thirty-six (36) months or more may be subject to escheatment (surrender to the state) pursuant to applicable unclaimed property laws.
TopLineWager is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. We may delay or refuse withdrawals pending AML review. Large transactions may be reported to federal and state authorities as required by law. Structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds is a federal crime and will result in account closure and reporting to law enforcement.
All bets are final and binding once accepted by our system and a confirmation number is issued. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections before confirming a wager. TopLineWager is not responsible for wagers placed in error.
TopLineWager reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: (a) obvious pricing errors or technical system failures; (b) the event was cancelled, postponed, or not completed; (c) the bet was placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement; (d) there is evidence of suspicious wagering activity or market manipulation; (e) a player was listed incorrectly; (f) the bet exceeds applicable limits; or (g) required by state gaming regulations or court order. In cases of void bets, the stake is returned to your account balance.
Maximum wager amounts and maximum win amounts per event and per day apply and vary by sport, market type, and event significance. TopLineWager reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its sole discretion, including on accounts identified as professional bettors or syndicate operations.
The minimum wager amount is one dollar ($1.00) for most bet types. Certain market types, including some prop bets and futures, may have higher minimum requirements.
Live in-play wagers are subject to acceptance at the time of placement and may be refused or delayed at TopLineWager's discretion. Odds for live betting can change rapidly and are only guaranteed at the time of confirmed acceptance. TopLineWager may suspend live markets at any time without notice.
All legs of a parlay must win for the parlay to pay out. If one or more legs of a parlay are voided, the parlay is recalculated using the remaining legs. A voided leg does not make the entire parlay void. Same-game parlay correlations may be restricted where the result of one leg directly influences another.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to separate bonus-specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the bonus-specific terms take precedence with respect to the bonus in question. TopLineWager reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, qualifying bet minimums, odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible bet types are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
TopLineWager takes promotion integrity seriously. Activities constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses; coordinating wagers with other players to guarantee profit; using arbitrage strategies to minimize risk on bonus-funded bets; using automated software to claim promotions; and misrepresenting eligibility. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently closed and all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. We may share information about abusive accounts with other licensed operators.
The First Bet Bonus of up to $1,500 is available to new customers only, one per household, per device, and per IP address. The qualifying first bet must be placed within seven (7) calendar days of registration. If the first bet does not win, a bonus bet equal to the stake (up to $1,500) will be credited within seventy-two (72) hours of settlement. Bonus bets expire seven (7) days after being credited and cannot be cashed out directly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TopLineWager platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in civil and/or criminal legal action:
All content on the TopLineWager platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of BETMGM, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.
The TopLineWager name and logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BETMGM, LLC. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
THE TOPLINEWAGER PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETMGM, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) odds or event data will be accurate or complete; (c) defects will be corrected; or (d) the platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
TopLineWager does not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party content accessible through the platform. Sports wagering results are inherently uncertain and TopLineWager makes no guarantees regarding your winnings or the outcome of any event.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BETMGM, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BETMGM, LLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT DEPOSITED BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact TopLineWager at disputes@toplinewager.com and provide a written description of the dispute, the desired resolution, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) calendar days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except as modified herein. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND BETMGM, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Any dispute must be submitted within sixty (60) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period are barred.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity; (c) at the direction of a regulatory authority; (d) inactivity for an extended period; or (e) for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination for cause, all bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method within thirty (30) days, subject to verification requirements and regulatory obligations. You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support.
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights of applicable state gaming regulatory authorities to investigate or take action regarding TopLineWager's operations or your use of the platform.
TopLineWager reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by: (a) posting a prominent notice on the platform; (b) sending an email to your registered address; or (c) displaying a notification upon your next login. The updated Terms will display a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
